MediaDear Media All media personnel applying for credentials for Florida A&M University's 2011 Homecoming activities scheduled for Sunday, October 2 through October 8, excluding the Homecoming football game, are asked to complete a media credential form. Please click here to download a form. Forms can be faxed to (850) 561-2626. All forms must be received by 5 p.m. on Monday, September 26. Confirmations will be made via email within 48 hours. All credentials must be picked up by Thursday, September 29. A photo ID will be required for verification.
